A singular koban structure on Tsukishima, or Moon Island,
which is reclaimed land in Tokyo Bay. A koban is a neighborhood
police box, typically staffed by one cop with a bicycle -- usually
it's just a small storefront office. Tsukishima is known for its
monja,
the local variant of the famous Kansai ononomiyaki.
