Mountain View, California

And the Jurian Building: real Deco in Mountain View. Nick Perry's Guide says this was built in 1913, which might be a little early for that ornamentation to be true Deco; maybe it was added later. (Update -- no, it's original.) Its location is the corner of Castro and Villa, and the upstairs is an open hall used for dances and meetings.
