The 3rd annual Greenbelt Triathlon!

1. Run around Greenbelt Lake twice (~2.5 miles)
2. Bicycle to Franklin's brew pub (~8 miles)
3. Drink two pints of something carbonated.

Pushups: 28, 18, 16, 16, 14
Crunches: 42, 28, 24, 24, 22
(Five sets of each, interleaved, three times a week.)
Still
sledging, and occasionally running with Gina— slow, 30-minute runs down
to the lake, around and back. Also occasional yoga— vinyasa sun
salutations.
When I started my pull up regimen I failed with
6,5,3,3,2 pullups, so I've made great progress in just 3 months. I am
now doing more pull ups and pushups in my first set than I could do
at all when I started training.
