A Party at Noelle's!

The 3rd annual Greenbelt Triathlon!
1st place: Rich

Women's 1st: Luisa
2nd: Gina
Relay team 1st: Nancy & Craig

The events were thus and so:
1. Run around Greenbelt Lake twice (~2.5 miles)
2. Bicycle to Franklin's brew pub (~8 miles)
3. Drink two pints of something carbonated.

J: Pull ups: 14, 9, 8, 8, 7
Pushups: 28, 18, 16, 16, 14
Crunches: 42, 28, 24, 24, 22

(Five sets of each, interleaved, three times a week.)

Still sledging, and occasionally running with Gina— slow, 30-minute runs down to the lake, around and back. Also occasional yoga— vinyasa sun salutations.

When I started my pull up regimen I failed with 6,5,3,3,2 pullups, so I've made great progress in just 3 months. I am now doing more pull ups and pushups in my first set than I could do at all when I started training.
