Bye Neha!
J: Lots of
DDR'ing, bittorrenting, pokering, and thinking. Nothin' much else this
week. Went to half of Neha's going-away/bachelorette party last
weekend. Then Gina left with the bachelorette & friends while Lori
and I continued to Suzette & Melanie's pot-luck party. They live in
a beautiful dome house. Inside reminds me of hobbit holes, only bigger
(like Bilbo's). None of the rooms are squared off, and many of the
walls become ceilings. It's a two-story dome with a spiral staircase.
Lots of food and drink but I was full from dinner at Neha's. Outside
they had a nice fire. We played a game of poker (no-money tournament)
later upstairs, and Lori did quite well for her first game; I think she
placed 4th. TVTom and I placed 1st/2nd, but didn't finish the game. I
think I could have taken him. :)
Gina showed up while we played poker. Later we watched the fire some
more, then went home. Gina says, "What happens at the bachelorette
party stays at the bachelorette
party." So I guess we can't report it here... |
